Aeration is a process in which air or gases are mixed or circulated into a substance. A constant supply of air is important in the production of ice cream, for example, in order to achieve a smooth structure. In the beer brewing process, the controlled supply of oxygen during fermentation is crucial. Our Bronkhorst mass flow meters and controllers enable flow ranges of up to 10000 ln/min air equivalent.

Dosing

The use of expensive and volatile substances is a major issue for many industries. This applies, for example, to food and beverage production, where the dosing of additives is important for product quality and waste prevention. Flow control
